Her nursing career has taken her  through a wide range of settings - from fast-paced hospital environments to family practice and psychiatric care, giving her a deep and well-rounded understanding of patient care across diverse populations.

Beyond the bedside, she's built extensive experience in practice management, billing, and credentialing. She knows firsthand what it takes to run a successful healthcare practice, and She's passionate about helping Nurse Practitioners turn their goals into thriving, independent businesses. 

When She's not leading NP Launch Pro, you’ll find me enjoying life with her amazing family. She is married, a proud parent of five incredible children, and a happy grandparent to three grandchildren who keep life fun and full. And let’s not forget her three slobbering fur babies, who add just the right amount of chaos and unconditional love to the mix.

Living in Arizona means she also takes every chance she gets to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the beautiful weather, preferably surrounded by family, laughter, and maybe a little dog hair.

Her mission is simple: make the complex side of healthcare more approachable, manageable, and ultimately successful for others.

 Arieal Jones is a dedicated healthcare administrator with over a decade of experience in the medical field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, combining a strong understanding of human behavior with advanced expertise in healthcare systems and leadership.

Arieal is highly skilled in credentialing, office operations, policy development, healthcare billing, and team management. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a consistent ability to improve operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster environments that prioritize high-quality patient care. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, making her a valuable asset to any healthcare organization committed to excellence. 

Outside of her professional life, Arieal is a devoted mother of two, bringing the same level of dedication, care, and balance to her family as she does to her work. 

Savanna is the driving force behind growth and visibility at NP Launch Pro. With a passion for connecting people and building brands that resonate, she brings a results-oriented approach to every practice she helps launch.

She partners closely with nurse practitioners to develop their market presence from the ground up — crafting compelling positioning, executing targeted strategies, and ensuring the right patients find the right provider.

At NP Launch Pro, Savanna leads marketing initiatives and business development with a singular focus: empowering Nurse Practitioners to build thriving, sustainable practices with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Savanna is a devoted wife to her high school sweetheart and a loving mom to her one-year-old daughter. She shares her home with four beloved cats and finds joy in the little things — tending to her garden, experimenting in the kitchen, getting lost in a good show, and carving out quiet moments to read when life allows.

With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, Kim has built her career around helping healthcare organizations improve financial performance while providing exceptional service to patients and providers.  Kim's expertise includes medical billing, accounts receivable management, insurance claims, collections, denial resolution, insurance verification, payment posting, and navigating Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines. 

Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered measurable results, including increasing monthly collections by 40% through strategic follow-up, effective denial management, and efficient claims processing.  Kim is well versed in ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding, HIPAA compliance, and managing complex reimbursements challenges.  Her experience also includes training and mentoring teams, improving operational workflows, and building strong relationships with providers, patients, and insurance carriers.

Kim is proficient in a multitude of EHR/EMR systems and takes pride in her attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to accuracy, integrity, and outstanding customer service. 

When Kim is not working, you'll find her enjoying the outdoors....especially on warm, sunny days.  Kim cherishes her time spent with her husband, children, and grandchildren, whether they are making memories together, relaxing outside, or simply enjoying each other's company.  Kim believes that balancing a rewarding career with a fulfilling family life is one of life's greatest blessings.
